San Francisco to Seattle Flight

Our time in San Fran had come to an end and it was time to head to the airport for our Delta flight to Seattle. The aircraft was suppose to be an Airbus A220 and I was really looking forward to flying on this. When we got to the gate I noticed we had a Boeing 737-800 instead and I was really disappointed. We got there a little early so I could try and do some spotting but the terminal we were leaving from wasn't really spotter friendly, but I gave it a red hot go.

We boarded flight DL2490 from gate C3 at 10.08am we took our seats, 27C/D and 28C/D but since there was only about 30 passengers on board when the cabin door shut we were told we could sit were ever we wanted. So all of us had a window seat. The cabin door was closed at 10.22am and we pushed back at 10.26am. We taxied out at 10.31 and headed for runway 01R. We started rolling at 10.38 and set course for Seattle. Our final cruising altitude was 380 and the ride was very smooth and really comfortable. We were blown away at the amazing views you get along the way with the snow covered mountains peaking high above the clouds..

We began our descent in to Seattle (SEATAC) at 11.49am and landed on runway 16R almost 40 mins early at 12.16.
