Well it was time to head into the airport for my 12.40pm Qantas flight home.
As I had a Qantas club pass I thought I would use it and I took the below photos from the comfort of my chair in the lounge.

We got the boarding call at 12.10pm so I headed down to gate 20 where our B 737-838 VH-XZM was waiting. My seat for this flight was 22A, we pushed back at 12.37 and began taxiing at 12.41. We taxied out for a runway 15 departure and as we had a rolling start we were airborne at 12.45.
We climbed to flight level 390 and our track took us just east of Townsville then west of Rockhampton. We began our descent at 2.09pm and we landed on runway 19 at 2.36pm.
