From the 25th October Brisbane will become Thai Airways’ next Boeing 787 destination with the daily Bangkok- Brisbane - Bangkok flights upgraded to the Dreamliner . When the 787 begins, flight TG474 will depart Brisbane at 1:35pm (instead of the current 2pm departure) and will arrive in Bangkok at 7:45pm. The returning flight from Bangkok, TG473 pushes back at midnight, touching down in Brisbane at midday. Thai are currently using Boeing 777s on this route.
Both Etihad and Jetstar are currently using 787's in Brisbane and Air Canada will join Brisbane’s Dreamliner roster from June 2016.
