Emirates will roll out its Premium Economy seats on flights EK434 and EK435 between Brisbane (BNE/YBBN) and Dubai (DXB/OMDB) from the 1st of February 2025. The upgraded seats will be available on the route three times a week. The addition will give travellers the chance to indulge in a special wine list - served in fine glassware - among other little luxuries.
Brisbane will become the third city in the airline’s Australian network to offer Premium Economy seats, which are already available on flights between Sydney (SYD/YSSY) or Melbourne (MEL/YMML) and Dubai. Emirates plans to offer close to 4000 Premium Economy seats by the 1st of April, including daily services from both Sydney and Melbourne along with the new Brisbane flights.
It will also be launching a third Melbourne service on the 30th of March, according to a statement from the airline. Premium Economy seats are similar to those in Business, with leather coverings and six-way adjustable headrests.
