USAF Rockwell B-1B Lancer Bomber crashes in South Dakota

A USAF Rockwell B-1B Lancer, operated by the 37th BS / 28th BW, crashed while landing at Ellsworth AFB (RCA/KRCA), Rapid City, South Dakota and ended up in the grass along the runway. The incident occurred during poor weather in below-freezing temperatures with dense fog and limited visibility. Four crew members from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota ejected safely from their aircraft Thursday night when their bomber crashed while attempting a landing.

The incident happened at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB) at around 17:50 on the 4th of January.
The base's statement added that the Rockwell B-1B Lancer was on a training mission with four crew members onboard the bomber, all of whom ejected from the aircraft safely. The AFB also added that a board of officers will investigate the event, with additional details to be provided as they become available.
