Rex awarded South Pacific’s Best Cabin Service

In a win at the 2024 Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Awards held in Singapore, Rex Airlines has taken out the recognition for the South Pacific’s Best in Cabin Service.

This award was graciously accepted by Rex’s Executive Chairman, Lim Kim Hai, emphasising the airline’s commitment to providing an unparalleled in-flight experience.

The accolade comes as a result of nearly one million flights being anonymously rated by passengers worldwide, utilizing a comprehensive five-star scale. According to APEX, Rex Airlines stood out among the 600 airlines assessed, with passengers praising the airline’s cabin service.

Rex’s Executive Chairman, Lim Kim Hai expressing his pride, highlighted, “We pride ourselves on our warm, heartfelt country hospitality which sets us apart from all other airlines.” This sentiment echoes in the heart of Rex Airlines, with a commitment to excellence that goes beyond conventional standards.

Lim Kim Hai underlines that the essence of Rex’s success lies in the dedication of its cabin crew, who embody the airline’s ethos in every in-flight service. He noted, 

“Our cabin crew exemplify this ethos, providing in-flight service which even other Australian carriers talk about.” This acknowledgment reinforces Rex’s position not just within its region but on a global scale.

For the last two years my family and I only fly REX now for this exact reason. We are off to Sydney on Saturday and of course we are flying REX.
