Smartwings calls into Brisbane as part of its world tour.

Yesterday I drove two hours (one hour each way) to the Gold Coast airport to see the inaugural AirAsia X flight from Kuala Lumpur. I was only home for an hour, and then I headed off again, with my family this time. We headed to Brisbane airport, a quick 30-minute drive, to see a Smartwings 737-800 come into Brisbane.

The Smartwings 737 is on a world tour and arrived in Brisbane from Dunedin, New Zealand at 3.19 p.m. local time. It will remain on the ground here until midday Monday.
