In order to make the top 20 list, airlines need to achieve a seven star safety rating and demonstrate leadership in innovation for passenger comfort. Reviewers also look for a consistent level of service, innovation, and staff engagement from each major contender.
This year Qatar Airways was selected due to the Middle Easter carriers cabin innovation, passenger service, and its dedication and commitment to continue to operate throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
