Through an agreement reached with Mining Company MMG, starting today (Tuesday 2nd February 2021) Alliance Airlines will offer seats for sale to the general public on regular services for MMG between Brisbane and Cloncurry and Townsville and Cloncurry These flights will offer additional schedule options for passengers travelling to and from Cloncurry and re-establishes a non-stop flight connection between Brisbane and Cloncurry. Operated using Alliance Airlines Fokker 100 jet aircraft, Brisbane to Cloncurry and return will operate 1x weekly on Tuesdays. Townsville to Cloncurry and return will operate 2x weekly, with morning and afternoon flight options available on Tuesdays. The flight schedule also allows for day trips to Cloncurry departing both Brisbane and Townsville Seats will open for sale to the public 4 weeks prior to the date of departure.
