Day three in Perth

Yesterday was a full on food feast / drinking feast as our family and friend catch ups continued.
The morning started with a full breakfast and coffee (bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, baked beans and toast) down by the water front here in Scarborough. We then came back to my brothers place and got ready to visit another friend of my brothers, out on acreage where we were going to have a BBQ lunch. Visiting this place was truly like visiting an adults playground, we rode quad bikes large and small, we looked at and sat in classic American cars in mint condition, there was even an American pick up truck. Two Falcon Utes in mint condition as well.

As were were approaching the place where we were going we saw a Qantas aircraft coming in to land. Bugger me dead if they didn't line up for approach right over this house. We had a few arrivals come over then they changed runway ends, this was extremely disappointing as South African Airways was coming in and it wasn't in its normal colours, it was in an amazing special colour scheme and we missed it.

After spending a few hours there we were off again to a boutique brewery called the "Iron Bark" where we caught up with some wonderful friends that we meet last time and had a few drinks and laughs.
The day wasn't over yet we had another BBQ to attend to and this time it was a family gathering (on my side) with my Uncle and Auntie and cousins. It was lovely seeing them again but I almost passed out when, just as we were pulling up in the driveway a VIRGIN A330 flew straight passed their back yard on climb as it departed Perth Airport.
