Justin Bieber arrives in Brisbane

As mentioned in yesterdays blog we were on the hunt for Justin Bieber's plane as he is touring Australia on his "Purpose World Tour". The media last night reported he was going to land on the Gold Coast when in fact he arrived in Brisbane at 9.10pm last night.

A good friend of mine went out to get the aircraft arriving last night and of course to see Justin, and he was kind enough to share the photos with me.

Sunday movements at Brisbane.

After our family outing we called back into the airport late in the afternoon because Justin Bieber is playing in Brisbane tomorrow night and we were hoping he would come into Brisbane while we were there. After waiting another hour and combing all avenues of the airport we decided to call it a night and come home. When we got home we found out on the news he was going to fly into the Gold Coast later on tonight.

Cracked windscreen on Japan Air 787

A Japan Airlines' flight from Tokyo's International Airport Haneda (HND/RJTT) to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK/ZBAA) was forced to return to Haneda due to a crack on a windshield of the captain's seat. The plane made a safe landing at Haneda at 10:58 local time. No personal injuries were reported. The flight depart from Haneda at 09:29 and reached to FL400 at 09:49. The rapid descent was started near Echizen city at 10:02, and the aircraft turned back for Haneda over Bay of Wakasa at 10:10 local time. The flight departed four hours later with a replacement B787-8 (JA831J).

Malindo Air comes to Brisbane

After months of rumours Malindo Air will call Brisbane home on a daily bases using Boeing 737-800's with the inaugural flight arriving on the 1st April.

According to the Brisbane Airport monthly timetable and the Malindo Airlines website the daily flight will arrive from Kuala Lumpur via Denpasar at 5.40am and depart at 7.15am
