I came across this a few weeks ago and I just remembered I hadn't posted it.
Emirates has now released it plans to expand their Dubai – Brisbane operation, with the addition of 2nd daily nonstop flight. The new service will be operated by Boeing 777-200LR, and will commence on 1st Dec this year making it's inaugural arrival into Brisbane on the 2nd Dec.
The new flight number and details are:
EK430 Departs Dubai (DXB) at 22.00 and arrives in Brisbane (BNE) at 18.15 (6.15pm local)
EK431 Departs Brisbane 22.25 (10.25pm local) and arrives into Dubai at 07.00 the next day
This new service will take Emirates to 3 services a day, the other two services are as below;
Using an Airbus A380-861 EK434 departs Dubai at 10.25 and arrives in Brisbane at 06.40
This service then continues on to Auckland New Zealand; departing Brisbane at 08.25 and arriving Auckland at 14.35
There it sits on the ground for just under 4 hours before returning back to Brisbane as EK435 departing Auckland at 18.10 and arriving in Brisbane at 19.00
At 20.45 EK 435 departs Brisbane for Dubai direct arriving there at 05.20 the next morning.
The second service we have now is also using a Boeing 777 but this version is a 31H aircraft; unlike the new addition this service goes via Singapore in both directions.
Flight number and times are below
EK432 departs Dubai at 02.30 and arrives in Singapore at 14.05. At 15.35 it departs for Brisbane arriving here 00.55. At 02.30 EK 433 departs for Singapore arriving there at 08.15. At 09.40 it departs again for Dubai arriving there at 13.00
