Air Canada: Passengers injured in severe turbulence

An Air Canada flight flying from Shanghai to Toronto, diverted to Calgary earlier today after experiencing severe turbulence resulting in more than a dozen passengers being injured.
According to Air Canada, 21 passengers were taken to hospital, eight with non-life threatening injuries and 13 just for observation.
The flight number was AC 88 and the aircraft was a Boeing 777-333ER (CN 42218)
Currently, Air Canada flight AC2088 another Boeing 777-333ER (CN 43251) is carrying passengers from the flight onward to Toronto.
