ANZAC DAY 2016

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
LEST WE FORGET

Today being ANZAC Day I headed up to a place called Kangaroo Point to watch the RAAF FA 18 Super Hornets perform their annual flyby.  The first set of Hornets flew over the city at 10.05 am and then they returned an hour later on their way back to Amberley Air force Base at 11.05 am. The weather was really unsettled as it was clear when I arrived; it clouded over just as the Hornets over flew; not long after that it rained and then it fined up again... There were a few media helicopters as well as the Police helicopter doing circuits of the city.
